| Man charged with statutory rape and child molestation |

Richard H. Feager Jr., 39, of the 600 block of McDonough Street in St. Charles, was charged Tuesday with two counts of statutory sodomy and one count of child molestation. Police said he had sexual contact with a girl younger than 14 earlier this year. |
