Gov. Jay Nixon moved Monday to put his stamp on the Missouri Highway Patrol, selecting Maj. Ronald Replogle as superintendent of the agency. Replogle will succeed Col. James Keathley, who plans to retire at the end of this month. Story in St. Louis Post Dispatch |
